The last chapter of 2012 for me has been really rough, I wont deny. I’ve been through a lot of heartaches and disappointments that made me forget myself. Gladly, the one up there delivers unlimited strength straight to my heart which I used as inspiration to wake up every single morning.

Thrifted things and DIYs: Find Your Edge - Boundless Traveler

Last August , Wrangler lead us to explore a boundless adventure with a new-found freedom and energy by introducing its new advertising campaign, “Find Your Edge – Boundless Traveler” in the Fall/Winter of 2012.

The Boundless Traveler demonstrates a free spirit on the open road who knows no boundaries. It is about exploring, feeling alive, going on adventures, and embracing unlimited possibilities.

This collection focused on the  colors of sunrise – a gradient of colors from red, orange to blue.Early Risers travel in style and comfort with bright-colored tops and lightweight denim bottoms, which evoke a modern vintage look. Layer with scarves and jackets to serve as protection throughout the travel.

And as evening unfolds, neon lights start to dominate the city at Midnight. It’s time to dress up, hit the road and party with hints of metallic and shimmer to stand out from the crowd.

Anchored by its denim heritage, Wrangler aims to create contemporary outdoor looks fit for travelers.Check out the Wrangler Fall/Winter 2012 collection at Wrangler boutiques and leading department stores nationwide!

Slit and Hint of a Stash

thriftchic:

Fashion is like science, you’ll get to experiment and discover brilliant upshots. As I seek for a spanking new idea, I ended up taming down this uberly bold printed skirt that I recently got from Bubbles. The sheer material of my over used maxi skirt doled up as the David of my Goliath Skirt. :p

Slit and a hint of a stash. The slit on my maxi skirt screams like woahh and the hint of the stash can be found on this ensemble’s details. I bet you are now saying ” ano daw?!” Haha, in my defense, Mustache and Stash ay magka-rhyme! :p

Neon Explosion

Everybody just can’t get enough of the hyper brightness that these striking colors impose, including me! But I have a confession to make. At first I am petrified to be dressed in anything neon. Why? I am scared that my complexion will look darker if I don these colors, knowing that these colors are only for beings with fair complexion.

As I put up the shutters with fashion, little by little I am becoming confident in stepping out of my comfort zone and start facing my fashion fears. One of them is slipping on neons.

piled up neon circle necklaces from Top Avenue!

You know what’s the best thing that I learned with fashion?

It’s okay to be scared at first, its normal. But make sure at some point that you will face that fear and make it your friend.

Just like what I did with this outfit. I took of my fear out, embraced it, added my personal style and made it suit me. Now, we’re friends! Haha. :3

Have you faced a fashion fear? Kwentuhan tayo!
